From Virtual Assistant to Project Manager + Consultant

In my time as a virtual assistant, I have gained extensive experience working with authors and service providers in the book industry. Through this experience, I have honed my expertise in the indie publishing process, successfully launching author brands, building engaged reader communities, and developing author careers. As I planned to increase my rates as a VA, I realized I had a larger vision for my business. This led me to transition from my VA business, Black Sheep Digital, to Story Flow Solutions - a project management and consultancy agency focused on guiding authors toward successful publication, launch, and sales, regardless of their level of experience.

At Black Sheep Digital, I learned the ins and outs of the author journey, from manuscript preparation and professional editing to strategic marketing and reader engagement. I saw firsthand the challenges authors face, from navigating the publishing process to building a brand that resonates with readers. This experience ignited a passion within me to do more. I wanted to provide authors with not just administrative support, but comprehensive guidance and strategic direction that could transform their writing careers.

With a deep understanding of the author journey and a commitment to empowering writers, Story Flow Solutions offers tailored project management and consultancy services.
